How to delete your account, and what happens to your data

Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and removes your portfolio, alerts, watchlists and email from every list. It cannot be undone, so if you only want a break, cancel the subscription instead and keep access until the period you paid for ends.

You can delete your Returnolio account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete account.

What happens

Your active subscription is cancelled immediately (no refund unless covered by our refund policy).
Your portfolio, alerts, and watchlists are deleted.
Your email is removed from all marketing and digest lists.
We keep anonymised usage analytics, and they don't tie back to you.

This is permanent

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you only want to take a break, you can cancel your subscription instead via the Paddle customer portal and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

You can also request a full data export before deletion via support. We respond within the 30 days the GDPR (the EU's data-protection law) allows.
