If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can take it to the conciliation board that covers our registered seat. The procedure is free.

You may also use the conciliation board for the county where you live, if that is easier. We are required to cooperate with the procedure. Its decision binds us only where a business has accepted it as binding in advance, and we have not done that.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform used to be named here. It was switched off on 20 July 2025, when Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the rule that created it. The link is gone because it goes nowhere.
